Description

• Engage with the client base regarding all aspects of Commercial Vehicle maintenance administration.
• Respond to email and phone enquiries in a professional manner.
• Populate and report on relevant data, using Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and filed for all service activities.
• Process all related compliance paperwork and documentation in our hire IT systems - including notifications to customers.
• Parts distribution, package, and dispatch.

Profile

Experience as an Administrator or Office Co-ordinator
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.
Can commute to Wolverhampton
