From humble beginnings in 1967, the RRG Group has grown to become one of the biggest and most successful Dealer Groups in the North, with new and used car dealerships across the North West and West Yorkshire regions. Hard work, dedication, passion and a genuine commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
Over the last 55 years the RRG Group has seen many developments, acquisitions, sales, expansions, building developments; all of which have helped to position the Group as a successful diverse business. Our centres sell a wide range of vehicles, including new and used Peugeot, Toyota, Kia, Mazda, Nissan, Lexus, MG and Skoda models.
Thanks to solid and secure backing and investment; the RRG Group has been able to expand and reinvest into its premises and people. The ethos of the company is to invest back into the business and look at all potential opportunities has meant that the business has successfully grown to how it is today – but as history shows; that won’t stand still and the business will continue to grow, develop and expand.

Opportunity at RRG Toyota Bolton – Trainee Service Advisor
We are seeking a Trainee Service Advisor who is interested in joining the automotive industry and is looking for a challenging role with career progression!
Main duties of the role will include meeting and greeting service customers, booking customer’s cars in for service/MOT, co-ordinating the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre, customer enquiries. Also daily preparation of job cards, up selling, 24/48-hour pre calls, follow up on service customers and general administration tasks so we are seeking a candidate who is IT literate. We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. You must have previous experience in a similar role, be target orientated and be a team player. Additionally, the successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills, provide a high level of customer service and have the ability to use their own initiative.
