As the Service & Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless annual upkeep of properties, playing a vital role in maintaining the company’s stellar reputation.
Competitive Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 (Experience-Driven)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Benefits: 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays, pension, free on-site parking

An organisational expert! You should have a track record in office-based roles, preferably in a similar capacity. If you're a multitasking specialist who thrives on managing diaries, supporting on-site engineers, and exceeding client expectations, you're in the right place.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel & Outlook)

Your Responsibilities:
* Booking Service and Maintenance visits.
* Issuing maintenance contracts.
* Liaising with clients.
* Calendar organisation.
* Booking engineers to attend call outs.
* Ordering parts.
* Invoicing.
* Collating reports and sending to clients.
