We are looking for x2 Service and Sales Advisors to work as part of our central operations team that will support the sales of rooms across our sites. Provide excellent customer service for all current and future customers that we come into contact with, whether this be on the telephone, email, or live chat.

Fixed term contract: 5 Months

Please note: We will be holding a recruitment morning to recruit for these roles on 10th May 2024. 

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Manage enquiries through the CRM system, responding in line with internal SLA's
• Follow up on any sales leads to convert into confirmed bookings
• Work as part of a team to deliver and support an exceptional booking process for our customers.
• Supporting all aspects of customer service, including responding to all enquiries
•  handling complaints in a professional and polite manner
• Be confident in managing a busy email inbox by prioritising urgent enquiries
• Develop and maintain local knowledge and information resources relevant to customer needs
• Chase outstanding rent arrears following rent collection procedures as required
• Build great relationships with site teams. Communicate effectively and work together when problem solving.

Experience & Skills: 

• Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a customer service delivery role
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills
• Culturally aware with the ability to adapt style and communications to suit audience
• Friendly and approachable 
• Proactive with a can-do attitude 
• Ability to act autonomously, taking decisions and/or action when required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise 
• Numerical skills necessary to complete the above activities
• Able to learn new systems, policies and procedures
• Champion the iQ vision and brand values

We work a hybrid working model with 3 days per week based at our London office, this role will also require Saturday shifts during August.
