Service Architect (Technical, ITIL, MSP)
Service Architect someone with a real passion for service design and what services should look like beyond implementation. This is a new role, where you can make a difference working with service ops, service delivery management and technical sales. This would suit someone who has IT experience and understands infrastructure / networking.
Working for an exciting small MSP working on public sector, defence, and MoD projects. Working with multiple vendors you will need to have a broad array of IT skills and understanding across virtualization / cloud to ensure service design.
To join a thriving technical sales team due to growth and success. Working with customers and other internal stakeholders you will ensure service solutions align with both the business, service offerings and customers service requirements. Your service management experience will enable you to look at service delivery, and support with the design and implementation of SLA’s to ensure the continued transition of products and services to customers beyond implementation.
Commercial experience of working in a service management, engineering, or delivery role and/or pre-sales equivalent in a managed services environment is essential.
You will need strong experience of Service Architecture, managed service models, such as ITIL framework practices, strong problem-solving, hands on, ITIL v4, v3 and TOGAF would be a bonus.
A technical background is essential. Someone who can understand and work with multi-vendor technologies which include:
- Experience in Virtualisation VMware etc, Vendor-specific disciplines Palo Alto, Dell, Nutanix, Cisco etc.
- Service Operations Toolsets JIRA, Confluence etc, Security, Microsoft Azure, Office 365/ Microsoft 365
- Understanding of the conceptualising of solutions incorporating bare metal, cloud, and virtualised infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solution.
Ideally you will be SC cleared now or be willing to undertake SC clearance.
