Elevation Recruitment group are working on an exciting opportunity, to join an industry-leading company as a Service Centre Administrator! The role is based in Thurrock and will contribute to the seamless operation of the business Service Centres.
Responsibilities of the Service Centre Administrator:
- Handle customer enquiries and be the main point of contact for visitors
- Book jobs on to the in-house system, making sure these are kept up to date and closed accordingly
- Log job information using SAP
- Check paperwork for any discrepancies and report to management
- Invoice jobs once completed
- Liaise with Customer Service Managers and accounts for outstanding payments
- Enter employee information such as sickness, overtime, lateness, holidays etc
Requirements of the Service Centre Administrator:
- Proven experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong reporting skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
