• Mon Thurs 8.00AM - 4.45PM / Friday 8.00AM 12.30PM (37.5hrs, flexibility may be possible)

Elevation Recruitment group are working on an exciting opportunity, to join an industry-leading company as a Service Centre Administrator! The role is based in Thurrock and will contribute to the seamless operation of the business Service Centres.

Responsibilities of the Service Centre Administrator:

• Handle customer enquiries and be the main point of contact for visitors
• Book jobs on to the in-house system, making sure these are kept up to date and closed accordingly
• Log job information using SAP
• Check paperwork for any discrepancies and report to management
• Invoice jobs once completed
• Liaise with Customer Service Managers and accounts for outstanding payments
• Enter employee information such as sickness, overtime, lateness, holidays etc

Requirements of the Service Centre Administrator:

• Proven experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential
• Strong reporting skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload
