Service Contract Sales Manager
Ideally based South Yorkshire
£35,000-£40,000k as a basic salary plus commission with a fully expensed company car, mobile, laptop and 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.

LWS Services are proud to be the chosen recruitment partner for a nationwide supplier of service maintenance & repair contracts on compactors and balers, due to expansion there’s an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Contract Sales Manager to join there rapidly expanding sales team.
Genuine career progression opportunity to progress into Sales Director within 2 years.
Role & Responsibilities:
- The role is varied and would entail sourcing and developing a portfolio of new and existing clients.
- Responsible for sourcing new accounts delivering service maintenance and repair contracts on recycling machinery.
- Contacting new and existing clients via social media, Teams, email, telephone
- Selling service maintenance and repair contracts for compactors and balers to new and existing customers, this could be with local authorities, the NHS, quarries, distilleries, waste and recycling companies, airports, and clinical waste companies and many more.
- Attending customer sites face to face to "close the deal".
- In addition to sourcing your own leads you will also be supplied follow ups from an officed based sales lead generator.
Experience Required:
- Experience securing new SMR contracts within the recycling / heavy engineering industry.
- Self-Motivated target driven individual
- Consistent sales target achiever
- Experience Managing & growing existing maintenance Service Contracts.
- Develop dormant clients.
- Successful candidates will have at least 2 years territory management experience.
- You will have a technical bias and experience of selling service maintenance contracts.
