Job Description:

KFC is currently seeking a skilled Service Crew to join our team in London, UK. The Service Crew will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent cooperative skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Ensure that all food is properly cooked and served hot- Follow health and safety guidelines- Provide exceptional customer service at all times- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately- Learn and maintain knowledge of all products and menu items- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times- Work effectively as part of a team to provide a high-quality customer experience

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role- Excellent cooperative skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Customer-focused approach to work- Excellent attention to detail- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays- Ability to stand for extended periods of time- Food handling certification is an advantage

Salary and Benefits:
