We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Administrator to join our Operations admin team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our local depot. The Service Delivery Administrator will work closely with all areas of the business liaising with the sales team, accounts and despatch team and be responsible ensuring orders are processed and despatched in a timely fashion.Primary objectives are to provide general support to the sales team in all related areas. To fulfil this, we need individuals that have the ability to: Raise sales & purchase orders, monitor deliveries in and out ensuring that despatch plans are current.Manage the returns process - Organise replacements/credits, monitor goods returned and ensure correct actions are carried out once received.Prepare and issue monthly Client management reports.Support Finance with Admin support as and when required.Schedule and coordination of goods in and goods outSchedule and coordination UK and international travel for Staff & Contractors.Key Skills:Strong organisational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Customer-focused mind-set with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Knowledge of depot operations and administration is a plus.
