You will need knowledge and experience of co-ordinating, post room and loading bay operations in a multi-occupant building, plus experience of supporting various events and exhibitions. Above all, you will need to demonstrate a confident can-do attitude, and the ability to work adaptably and flexibly to make sure that the team as a whole is able to provide the best achievable post room and loading bay services to our building users at St Pancras, London.
If you have experience of working within a post room environment, experience of loading bay operations and knowledge of event & exhibition support, you may be the person we are looking for, building on your existing strong coordination skills, you will spend time both developing the post room team and it operations, along with supporting the department manager in preparing the loading bay operation for the demolition & construction phases of the St Pancras transform project. You will also have the opportunity to both lead and support a range of projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role, as are computer and numeracy skills, experience in budgeting and cost reporting would also be an advantage, as would knowledge of Health & Safety matters.
