Service Delivery Lead
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.
Office-based.
Full-time, 37 hours per week.
Salary: £43,659 - £48,510 per annum.
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with Service Delivery or operations management experience and great IT asset management skills to join our fantastic organisation. 
In this role, you’ll ensure the effective and efficient delivery of our ICT services, working collaboratively across teams to optimise customer satisfaction and achieve positive outcomes.
You’ll oversee day-to-day budget administration and plan the delivery of services In line with organisational goals and customer expectations, including developing service strategies and defining service levels.
Monitoring the performance of Service Delivery, you’ll identify and implement improvements, gather customer feedback and address concerns or complaints to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the Service Delivery process.
You’ll also build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of service, aligned with organisational objectives.

- Service delivery or operations management experience
- Budget management experience
- Supplier contract management skills
- IT asset management skills
- Knowledge of software licenses and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Excel and PowerBI skills
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and professional qualifications
