This role is critical in ensuring the effective execution of the service integration strategy and process within the platform.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the service integration strategy
- Oversee the execution of ITSM, tools and frameworks
- IT Governance
- Incident Management
- Vendor Management
Key Skills
- Experienced in IT governance including policy definition & process improvement
- Strong understanding and experience in ITSM and ITIL
- Ability to understand systems and collaborate with technical teams
- Stakeholder management skills
