I am recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of comprehensive cybersecurity services for a talented and motivated individual to join their dynamic IT Security team as a Service Delivery Manager.
Role Overview:
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of cybersecurity services to clients. From managing end-to-end Service Delivery processes to fostering strong client relationships, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to the excellence and growth.
Role Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of IT security services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Monitor service performance metrics, analyse trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate across security teams to resolve Service Delivery issues and escalate critical incidents as necessary.
- Develop and maintain Service Delivery processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns and service requests.
- Conduct regular service review meetings with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust, satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify potential risks and compliance issues related to Service Delivery activities and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, best practices and emerging trends in IT security to ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 5 years proven experience in IT Service Delivery management (ideally within cybersecurity).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) preferred.
- Occasional travel will be required for this role.
