Part of Integrated Services, the Third Party Services team has overall responsibility for the relationship management and delivery of services from our outsourced service providers supporting our people. This includes HC activities, Recruitment & Onboarding, IT Asset Management, Screening & Vetting and Helpdesk support.
About the Role
Objective of the role: To support the IT asset management process, outsourced relationships and BAU project implementations within Third Party Services.
Role responsibilities
We have a need for a Senior Associate to support the day to day activities for IT asset management ensuring Service Delivery excellence from our service providers and with a focus on people and customer experience.
- Day to day operational focus on our desktop monitor service, including asset management, budget tracking, technology selection and sustainability impact
- Coordination with our Infrastructure and Workplace Services team to manage monitor refresh process across our offices
- Working across the Third Party Services team help identify and implement service optimisation initiatives including process, user experience and cost efficiencies.
- Provide cross functional support for members of the IT Asset Management team
- Work with our Third Party suppliers to aid service improvements, including attendance on monthly service reviews and adhoc project meetings.
Essential Skills and Experience

- Experience of working with outsourced providers
- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders including experience of working with a variety of stakeholders across business functions and grades
