Network IT is currently recruiting for a NHSService Desk Analyst to join our client on a 2-month initial contract, which is Inside IR35. Based in Chelmsford you will be expected to work On-Site 5 days per week.
You will be reporting to the IM&T Service Desk Specialist/Team Manager. You will provide 'first line' technical support to the Trusts IT users, located across all sites:
Role: Service Desk Analyst

Rate: GBP12.86 per hour (Band 4)
Duration: 2 months with potential extensions
Location: Chelmsford (On-Site)
Start Date: ASAP
Essential Skillset:
- Diploma Certificate in IT or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- ECDL or equivalent knowledge.
- Working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networking, and structured cabling topologies.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Previous working knowledge and experience Supporting IT systems.
Desirable:
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Microsoft Certification.
- Working knowledge of Backup Software and Remote Access software applications.
- Working knowledge of MDM Solutions and support of IOS Devices.
