Salary- £25,000

If you're looking for the opportunity to kickstart your IT career then this may be the role for you. Based on the outskirts of Sheffield city center you will work as part of a dynamic team of IT professionals handling Service Desk tickets as the first point of contact. You will receive regular training and support in the form of online modules, 121 training and on the job experience.

The managed service provider support a number of clients within the area and so you need to be determined and fast thinking. The beauty of the role is that you won't be limited in terms of access to any technologies, you only need to escalate what you need support with and so the progression and upskilling opportunities are unlimited.

We'd love to hear from you if you are:
** Have IT experience and are wanting to further build your skillset
** A recent IT graduate and wanting to kickstart your career
** Have telephone experience and are a confident speaker, looking to get into IT

What we need from you:
** Experience with Windows operating systems and knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Server/ Exchange Server, Azure and a basic understanding of networking
** Committed to learning and wanting to develop a career within IT
** Good telephone manner/ customer service experience
