Service Desk Engineer - Hartlepool - Circa £30,000
Our client, a leading Managed Service Provider, are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their team of passionate IT professionals.

Duties:
• Provide remote support to clients, troubleshooting software issues via telephone and email
• Checking and resolving backup issues
• Building and deploying workstations and servers
• Documenting procedures
• Email and data migrations
• Implementing VoIP services Key skills:
Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, Familiarity with networking concepts (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), Cloud based services
