Service Desk Engineer

Do you a keen interest in IT? Do you have any experience working in the IT space? If so we have an exciting Service desk position available based in the Newmarket and Stowmarket areas.

This is a permanent role that will require attendance on site 5x days a week. The salary for this role is GBP24,000.

Required knowledge/experience:

- Driving Licence

- An Interest in IT

- Experience working with Microsoft 365 (Desirable)

- Experience working with Active Directory (Desirable)

- Experience working in an ITIL environment (Desirable)

- Experience working a 1st Line position
