A leading Pride Park Finance client are recruiting for a Service Desk Technician
Permanent Hybrid role
Duties:
Offering support for our purpose built inhouse system
Be the point of contact for any queries within the system
Diagnoses and provide support for our IT hardware and software.
Ensure all queries are logged.
Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided
Excellent interpersonal & relationship skills.Key Skills :
Logical thinking, along with strong experience of problem solving, troubleshooting and fault-finding software applications issues.
Able to translate technology into simple terms.
Experience of laptop builds and supporting both inhouse and external customers.Salary £22500
Hybrid working is available - three days in the office and the rest from home.
