Role: Service Driver / MOT Cleaner

Location: Mercedes Benz Truck and Van Andover

Hours: full time, 45 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis. Alternatively, shift patterns to suit your lifestyle

Salary: Basic plus OTE up to £30,000 (site dependent)

The role

As a Service Driver / MOT Cleaner, you will join a team of experts supporting one of our popular brands in our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided so there is no need to have specific brand experience. You can expect regular manufacturer specific training to keep you up to date with the latest technology through both manufacturer training and our Marshall Academy.

Who you are

• Previous experience as a driver
• Hold a Valid Full UK driving License with HGV Class 1
• A team-player who is comfortable operating with set processes and procedures
• Motivated, dedicated and organised with a focus on time management to plan tasks and routes

What you’ll do

• Collect company and customer vehicles and deliver to the required locations for completing of servicing on the vehicle
• Providing outstanding customer service when collecting and delivering customers vehicles
• Ensuring all the required service paperwork is completed with the customer upon delivery
• Liasing with service advisors and sales executives to ensure customers vehicles are delivered at appropriate times and relevant vehicle and service information is relayed to the customer
• Complete occasional valeting of customers vehicles when required
• Maintain the yard to a high standard
• Brake test trailers and lorries as required
