Service Engineer

Are you a Service Engineerwho specialises in installation, maintenance and repairs of mechanical products? Or perhaps you are technically or mechanically minded and seeking a new and exciting opportunity? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Our client creates custom-made solutions for outdoor living spaces and as they continue to expand, they are actively looking for a Service Engineer to join their team. Your primary responsibilities will include installation, maintaining and repairing various mechanical products to awnings, garage doors, shutters, conservatory blinds and verandas across domestic and commercial properties.

For this Service Engineer, you will work as part of a two-person team, traveling to customer premises across the North Region of the UK, covering Staffordshire and as far as North Yorkshire.

Previous experience in maintenance and repairs of mechanical products is preferred however if you do not hold this experience and looking to get into field on the job training will be provided.  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on a variety of mechanical products
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times

Key Requirements

• A valid driving license is essential
• Able to work closely as part of a team
• Proficiency in using power tools and working from ladders
• Experience working at customer properties and delivering exceptional customer service, would be desirable
