Responsibilities
• Perform day-to-day mechanicing tasks• Diagnose and address engine faults, particularly with John Deere engines• Cover Angus, Perth, Fife, and Southern Scotland• Traveling and occasional overnight stays• Participate in a weekend on-call rota• Work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with expected overtime
Requirements
• Agricultural engineering background• Strong knowledge of engines, particularly John Deere• Proficiency in electrics, hydraulics, transmissions, GPS, and calibrations
Key Skills Needed
• Skilled in engines• Knowledge of electrics• Expertise in hydraulics• Experience with transmissions• Familiarity with GPS• Ability in calibrations
