Are you a Service Engineer based in the North of the UK looking for an exciting new role?

Operating globally, my Surrey based client develop temperature, pressure and flow instrumentation and measurement equipment for a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Petro-chemical, Marine applications and Defence.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking the installation, commissioning, servicing, calibration, fault finding and repairing or replacement of components and equipment on all contracts and specialist projects.
You will carry out routine maintenance of equipment and systems using specialist test equipment.

Ideally this position will be based in the Scotland, between Glasgow and Edinburgh, however other locations will be considered.
The successful applicant must be able to travel throughout the UK and stay away for work.

Key skills and experience required for Service Engineer:

• Proven experience with in Service Engineering role as well as worked within factory environment


• Relevant industry experience in a highly pressurised, intrinsically safe, hazardous environment i.e.
  Instrumentation, Process Control, automation, oil & gas, petro-chemical, nuclear etc.


• Strong Electrical and Mechanical experience


• Plant maintenance/fault finding experience


• Ideally qualified in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline


• Currently holds or able to obtain SC clearance.
