Service Engineer

A business that services garage machinery for automotive repair is experiencing a prolonged state of growth, which has resulted in their need for a Service Engineer to join their team to cover south midlands and the south of England.

After an initial training period you will be responsible for visiting main dealer workshops as well as independent garages servicing and repairing garage equipment.

33,000- 40,000 depending on experience, plus OT, Van, mobile phone and Tools

Homebased.

As a Service Engineer your duties will include -

• Travelling to customer sites throughout the south of England maintaining equipment.
• Speaking with customers to understand their issues and resolving problems.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, using specialist test equipment.
• Documenting work carried out.

Finding experienced individuals from their industry is not going to be easy, so they are looking for experienced Service Engineers with knowledge of mechanical and electrical machinery, who are keen to learn a specialist industry and become one of the UKs few experts. You will be used to the autonomy of being based from home, available for travel across the south midlands and south of England.

Monday to Friday working, keeping your weekends free.

Overtime paid for long commutes as well as occasional overnight costs when needed.

Full training is provided and support is there whenever you need it.
