Service Engineer

M4 Recruitment are looking for Service Engineers for our prestigious client based in Bristol for customers London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for service, maintenance, commissioning, and breakdown technical support to the customer. Working with the service coordinators and engineering team to ensure to-day operations run smoothly. Reporting directly to Snr Engineer and Service Supervisor for the above activities.

·Ensure daily duties are carried out applying the Fulton Health and Safety system in compliance with government regulations and legislation.

·Report to the Snr Engineer /Service Supervisor with timely and accurate information.

·Assist the Snr Engineer/Service Supervisor in gathering and analysing information for customer or internal reports if required.

·Work closely with customers and other teams to ensure good levels of communication.

·Liaise with service coordinators and service supervisory team and keep up to date with calendar entries.

·Work on equipment in accordance with current regulations, guidelines and manufacturer’s instructions

·Reporting unsafe or potentially dangerous situations in line with codes of practice and company policies

·Provide clear concise documentation (service reports) to our customers, and head office teams.

·Maintain individual van stock spare parts inventory.

·Carry out work to the guidelines set out in company handbook.

·Provide customer service in line with our mission statement.

·Carry out method statement and dynamic risk assessments where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:

·Trained and experienced on working with steam equipment and systems.

·Gas safe qualified

·Experienced on working with gas and oil fired combustion systems

·Basic electrical knowledge.

·General pipe fitting capabilities

·Basic computer literacy (Outlook, word and excel)

·Digital controls experience/knowledge (Siemens LMV/MPA and Autoflame)

- Valid driving license

Benefits and salary:

Salary is ranging from £45,000 to 48,000 depending on experience.

Annual bonus profit share scheme.

Credit Card Limit: £1,000 per month unless authorized.

Non-PO spend £0 unless authorized.
