Our client is a leading provider of composite window & door systems in the UK, specialising in Passivhaus installation. Sourcing innovative products, delivering quality installations and providing exceptional customer service is the companies pride and joy. Due to rapid growth, an exiting new opportunity for a Service Engineer has opened up to join the team and contribute to the overall success of the company. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting clients premises and rectifying any installation issues or faults, working with the customer service team. This role will cover the whole of the UK, although most of the projects will be based across the South-east Region.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and carrying out work to the highest standard of workmanship.
- Travelling to customers homes to complete instillation repair jobs to a high standard (overnight stays occasionally required)
- Ensuring any remedial works or parts required are clearly and accurately stated.
- Keeping records of work carried out.
- Reporting any difficulties and service updates to the installation department.
Experience:
- Competent IT use
- Previous experience with aluminium, timber, composite window and door products.
- Full clean driving licence
- A background in carpentry or joinery would be beneficial
- Outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in the work produced.
