Are you a Service Engineer or similar looking for a position with a leading Forklift supplier, who can offer full training on their services and products, with the opportunity of premium overtime to significantly boost earnings and the guarantee of no weekends or call out rota?
This is a long standing, family run business in a period of sustained growth aiming to triple their field service department across the next year. They are committed to developing staff with training and hold monthly 1-2-1 meetings to analyse performance and for you to voice any thoughts or improvements that can be made to the service you provide.
In this role you will be required to commute to the Loughborough site a few times a week but will predominantly be working a door to door field service position where you will be allocated your daily jobs which you will then travel to and see projects through to completion. The focus is on providing an outstanding service, so task lists are not required to be completed in one day but strong performance will improve your performance ratings which are used to calculate annual performance bonuses.
This role would suit a Service Engineer with a background in the Maintenance of Plant or Heavy Machinery looking for a Field based autonomous position.
THE ROLE:
* Servicing, Maintaining, Repair and Inspections of Forklifts
* Cover the East Midlands patch
* No call outs and only days
* Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
THE PERSON:
* Mechanical Engineer background
* Drivers license
* Commutable to Loughborough
