Department: Operational Change and Improvement

Location: Southampton, United Kingdom (hybrid working)

Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are a critical team, and as a result are at the forefront of change in Adviser and Client Services. Working successfully with the business, building strong relationships with our stakeholders. You will use your skills and knowledge to proactively look for opportunities to improve client and adviser experience.  

You will lead and actively be involved in various strategic change projects, coach, and support to transfer your skills to the business to support growth.

The ideal candidate will ideally have a Lean/Six Sigma/APM or equivalent qualification and will have worked in an environment where you created positive change or improvement through data led decisions.

You will have strong stakeholder management, communication, numeracy, and literacy skills as well as proficient with Microsoft packages (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

You will have an active understanding of excel formulation at a medium level (including VLOOKUP, COUNTIF) etc. 

It would be a bonus if you had a Financial Services background however, we are open to any industry but would be looking for someone from an Operations role.

You will be a self-driven individual who is adaptable and agile and able to influence and engage with critical stakeholders. 

You will be able to lead from the front and have a thorough knowledge and understanding of change behaviour as well as being able to problem solve and work at pace.

It would be beneficial, if you come from coaching/training background or have done something similar in a previous role.
