Service Lead

Working as the Service Lead, you will be leading and managing a team of Support Workers to deliver excellent supported housing services and/or housing management services to a range of service user groups.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and delivering services which comply with the regulatory framework.
• Meeting service quality standards and ensuring the team are adhering to all operational and policy standards.
• Ensuring all service user support and safety plans are in place.
• Working with internal support services to ensure the best possible service is being provided.
• Recognising and rewarding positive behaviours and contributions from direct reports consistently and encouraging innovation.
• Taking responsibility for the communication of organisational and local messages through regular and effective team meetings.
• Providing development and support to your direct reports to ensure their effectiveness and wellbeing.

Requirements:

• Relevant housing qualification.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of housing legislation and polices.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
