Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting monthly user meetings with NHS.
- Attending 2 monthly contract meetings with NHS.
- Complete a monthly compliance report.
- Complete meter reading for Water, Gas, Electricity must be entered on to NHS energy manager portal at the end of each month
- Liaise with NHS dietitian re meals provided.
- Undertake Fire Alarm activation on the 1st of each month.
- Conduct Daily walk round
- Sign off daily floor cleaning records
- Sign of monthly audits and log books including water safety logbook, laundry and domestic audits
- Undertake One to One Supervisions
- Update all COSHH Risk Assessments
Requirements
- Must hold Level 3 Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate or higher.
- Level 4 Facilities Management Qualification
