Care at Home/Reablement Service, Pullar House, Perth
The Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership (PKHSCP) is a caring, compassionate partnership with great ambition for enabling our people to live life well and achieve the very best outcomes.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and committed Service Manager to lead and drive continuous improvement and best value in our internal Care at Home/Reablement services. This will require a creative and innovative approach as we face the dual challenges of an aging population (we have the highest numbers of over 85s of any mainland local authority in Scotland) and a rural geography (which of course brings with it the value of beautiful countryside and high quality of life).
We are currently taking forward a transformation programme to deliver excellent and efficient care at home services and this new permanent role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a partnership which is committed to:

You will be required to be educated to degree level.
You must have a valid UK driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
