SalaryService manager - MASH - 12 month fixed term contract
Salary from £55,485 up to £67,784

The role:
- Responsible for a team of Team Managers and the quality of practice undertaken by the teams.
- Overseeing processes, decision making and all new referrals.
- Working collaboratively as part of the senior leadership team and with our partners to help develop the MASH area.
- Champion a restorative practice model across the service
About you:
- Must have a Social Work Degree and be Social Work England registered
- Must have extensive front line social work experience
- Have excellent communication skills
