Service Operations Coordinator

Full Time - 35 Hours Per Week Contract Type - Open Ended 1 Position Available  We are looking for an experienced IT Service Professional to join the second line Service Team within Service Management section (within Information Services Group) on an open-ended basis. This role offers a salary of £31,396 – £36,024 and has a hybrid-working pattern. The post holder is expected to work in the office, in Edinburgh, at least one day per week.  We are looking for someone to work full-time (35hrs per week). However, we are committed to offering flexibility so would be happy to consider flexible working options, i.e. compressed hours.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional, yet friendly and supportive team.
