We have an exciting opportunity within our Didcot branch for a Customer Service Advisor. The duties & responsibilities will include:-
- Administation of service bookings and progressing allocation onto booking system
- Advising customers of progress of vehicles
- liaison with workshop pregressing
- Taking bookings for courtesy cars and allocation
- Advising of and additional work required to be carried out.
- Booking in and out of parts for workshop jobs
- Liaison with the Workshop, suppliers and warranty companies.
- Booking in vehicle services, MOT's, and repairs.
- Maintaining up to date documentation.
- Essential Skills and Behaviours
- Previous mechanical knowledge an advantage but not compulsory
- Passionate about providing complete customer satisfaction.
- Applicants must hold a full unrestricted driving licence.
- Excellent customer service / handling skills.
- Courteous and professional demeanour.
- Strong IT skills.
- Self-motivated.
