Job description

We have an exciting opportunity within our Didcot branch for a Customer Service Advisor. The duties & responsibilities will include:-

  • Administation of service bookings and progressing allocation onto booking system
  • Advising customers of progress of vehicles
  • liaison with workshop pregressing
  • Taking bookings for courtesy cars and allocation
  • Advising of and additional work required to be carried out.
  • Booking in and out of parts for workshop jobs
  • Liaison with the Workshop, suppliers and warranty companies.
  • Booking in vehicle services, MOT's, and repairs.
  • Maintaining up to date documentation.
  • Essential Skills and Behaviours
  • Previous mechanical knowledge an advantage but not compulsory
  • Passionate about providing complete customer satisfaction.
  • Applicants must hold a full unrestricted driving licence.
  • Excellent customer service / handling skills.
  • Courteous and professional demeanour.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time: Hours Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, alternate Saturdays 9am-1pmSalary: depending upon experience
