An expanding technology business is undergoing a large insourcing programme and is currently recruiting for a Service Request Analyst to join their team. The Service Request Analyst will join a team of 15 and be responsible for the improvement of the organization s catalogue.
The role takes on a working hybrid model that allows the Service Request Analyst to be based out of a modern office in Coventry for 2 days a week (Monday/ Tuesday) and has the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 3 days.
Responsibilities of the Service Request Analyst:
- Responsible for Service Requests and reporting and adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
- Communicate with 3rd party vendors and company stakeholders.
- Work with suppliers to improve the businesses catalogue.
- Identify trends and track various IT requests.
Requirements of Service Request Analyst:
- Experience in a ITIL environment
- Essential experience of delivering IT Services
- Understanding of how to lead/ manage change in business.
- Great communication, attention to detail and time management skills.
