Salary JOB TITLE: Service Scheduler
LOCATION: Rochester, Kent
SALARY: £11.50 per hour - £12.50 per hour
TERM: Temporary
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm ½ hour break (37.5 hours per week)

We are very excited to be recruiting a Service Scheduler for our client based in Rochester, Kent. The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable and have previous experience working within a Service Scheduler role.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Answering a high volume of inbound calls, dealing with queries and liaising with customers
Data entry; taking details from customers and entering onto the system
Scheduling, confirming and booking Engineers to attend Out of Hours site visits including setting up and loading jobs onto CRM system
Liaising with customers to ensure works are scheduled and completed
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
