The successful candidate will provide a high quality, efficient, timely and customer focused administrative service to departments and teams across our Service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the services' Safe and Well process using the Community Fire Risk Management Information System (CFRMIS) as well as assist with a range of duties relating to CFRMIS.
- Provide a welcoming front-of-house reception service to employees, partner agencies and visitors.
- As a first point of contact, ensure that the Service's Core Code of Ethics are followed to support a diverse organisation culture.
- Cover at other locations where necessary.
- Provide general administration duties such as coordinating meetings, taking calls and using different computer systems and databases to interrogate and report on data.
Experience/Qualification
- Recent experience in providing ICT Service Desk telephone and in-person support in a medium-sized, multi-site organisation.
- Knowledge of a broad range of IT hardware and software.
- Knowledge on Microsoft O365.
- An understanding of internet security issues and experience using tools to combat these issues. Additionally, some experience in network administration.
- Strong communication in writing and listening skills and ability to deal with all users calmly and with respect.
- Previous experience of teamwork showing an ability to communicate and share tasks in a cohesive, cooperative, and equitable manner.
- Full UK driving licence.
