Salary:- 28,000 OTE 32,000 + overtime for Saturdays
We have an Automotive Service Team Manager role available in the Poole area to join a very successful Prestige Van Centre.
Benefits of this Service Team Manager role: -
- Paying up to 28,000 if you are experienced in the motor trade, and negotiable if you don't (with, of course, salary growth in the future).
- Early/Late Rota: -Mon - Fri 7-5pm and 8:30-6:30pm the following week weekends on a rota
- Aftersales training and accreditation with an EV / electric focused brand
- Brand new state of the art environment
What are the requirements for this Service Team Manager role?
1. Enthusiasm for the motor trade, and experience in a role that is customer-focused although not necessarily as a Service Advisor.
2. A driving license to move cars around when needed.
3. Being able to think about getting the best result for the customer.
