Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with professionalism in communication.
- Manage the Maintenance Database with attention to detail, ensuring all support calls and emails are handled efficiently.
- Conduct system testing and inspections, adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated, with a collaborative spirit and methodical task management.
- Excellent customer service orientation, with a keen understanding of priority and urgency.
- Holds a Higher Certificate or has relevant experience in Control Engineering, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Interest in IT/Network Architectures, Software Programming, and Network Security is a plus.
