Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) / 1 in 2 Saturdays (9am - 1pm)
Our client, located in the Chelmsford area of Essex, is on the lookout for an experienced Service Technician to join their busy workshop.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Service Technician:
- Performing routine vehicle servicing tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
- Carrying out vehicle inspections to identify any mechanical or electrical issues.
- Repairing or replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Performing any scheduled maintenance tasks according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Ensuring that all work meets quality standards.
- Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
- Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
Your Background & Skill:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in mechanics OR equivalent experience.
- Proven experience working as a Vehicle/Service Technician within a main dealer or independent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
