Service Transition Manager

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Service Transition Manager, an initial 6-month contract.

• Inside of IR35 – Umbrella set up.
• £550 - £600 a day
• Glasgow location, hybrid working (must be able to visit our clients Glasgow office up to twice a week).

The Role

• Working closely with another Service Transition Manager you will be supporting our client on their journey to bring their service management transitioning processes in house.
• Your role will be to embed and create processes and policies that will support Service Transition.
• Your role will cover Service Transition, creating documentation and processes, systems and training.

Please apply today if you have the following experience:

• Embedding and aligning the Service Introduction lifecycle into the ways of working.
• Ensure that the primary IT services has a fully developed service model, including end to end support model.
• Ensuring that Service Delivery/Service Management requirements are embedded in the scope and delivery plans to ensure they meet the standards and criteria for implementation into the production environment.
