Salary & Benefits: £41,292 to 50,468 per annum (experience dependent), plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution, flexible benefits package, private medical insurance, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
About us;
The mission of Group Chief Data and Analytics Office is to promote, embed and commercialise Data and Analytics practice and culture across Lloyds Banking Group.
The Data Resilience team is a new chapter within the Chief Data and Analytics Office. It has the responsibility to define and embed new Strategies, Operating Models and Control Frameworks to protect the Banks critical data services that our customers, colleagues and the market rely upon.
Background
The aim of the team is to protect our customers, colleagues & markets by ensuring we align with the spirit of the regulatory requirements for operational resilience established by the Bank of England, FCA and PRA.
The Data Resilience team have 3 main objectives:
  • Mobilise and maintain a Data Pillar: identify & define critical data assets supporting critical business processes.
  • Finding innovative and pioneering solutions to deliver Data Pillar in ServiceNow - perhaps first in the industry.
  • Assess level of resilience around those assets. Key part of the assignment is to define/design/test and implement tooling requirements around this.

About the Role:
You’ll partner with Chief Data and Analytics Office to understand requirements through the whole lifecycle into the live environment. Also, you’ll play a pivotal role in core business readiness activities including, communication planning and customer training.
Working jointly with the Tooling Services team and overseeing the build phase providing the required clarifications, business rules and reviewing Sprint outputs.
You'll develop Data Resilience visualisations to drive the insights & MI to support Chief Data Office and Important Business Service accountable person to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will be a unique opportunity to support in enhance the Group’s method in responding to the regulatory deadlines via the usage of ServiceNow. You'll be helping us deliver tooling requirements, solution design, test, and deploy into a business as usual environment.
  • Working with the Data Resilience team to continue to determine what data is required for IBSs, how that data flows, and how we can make the data and processes around data more resilient.
  • You'll l work with LBG ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE) to shape the required E2E solution, the integration and automation of the ServiceNow solution.
  • Support LBG ServiceNow Centre of Excellence during Platform Upgrades, ensuring the Data Resilience solution is fully functional on all available environments.
  • Facilitation of Data Resilience MI & Reporting Outputs for core LBG Governance forums
  • Support and coordinate the on-going demand for training and knowledge share of the Data Resilience Solution

What we're looking for;
For this role we will need to see evidence of the following in your CV;
  • Basic understanding of the ServiceNow Platform
  • Awareness of concepts regarding Data Resilience and its dimensions (i.e; integrity, security, availability controls)
  • An understanding of various classes within CMDB and relationships in ServiceNow (messaging queues, batches, unstructured data, applications, datastores etc.)
  • Desirable: Awareness of the business analysis artefacts (state diagrams, workflow orchestration, user stories, data model, metadata).
  • Desirable; Experience supporting workshops and partners with the ability to work independently.
  • Desirable; Exposure to working using Agile working environment.
