• Deliver a ServiceNow CMDB and Asset register from existing ServiceNow artefacts that enables auditable updates and that is consumable by internal Service Teams.
• Create New Service Hierarchy of Service Offerings and Catalogue in Portal (design available)
• Apps Support/Infrastructure - re-alignment of processes across ServiceNow instances/design eBonding/integration points
• Bulk Knowledge Article upload to Employee Centre facilitation
• Service Offering Creation/Amendment/Deletion as prescribed
• Implement/Adapt Request Fulfilment Approvals process
