My IT client are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Business Development Manager/Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
You will collaborate with their account teams to identify and develop ServiceNow opportunities within customer accounts.
They are currently mapping ServiceNow elite partners, growing the sales practice on ITSM creating bespoke solutions for customers.
What they are looking for is someone who is technically minded and will become their ' ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert'.
They need someone who can explain the ins and outs to potential customers, holding their own in meetings. You will need the technical knowledge of the product or similar product to be able to explain it to the end customer. If you have previously sold something similar such as Remedy, they will also want to speak to you!
You will also need to be creditable from a functional perspective and sales pipeline perspective (they can support/train you if you are not from an out and out sales background) understanding things such as:
ITSM
It Operations Management
Asset Management
