Farnborough College of Technology is an outstanding Further Education College with a provision to support learners in and around the local area.
This is a great opportunity to support our students in various ways, while being based primarily in the College’s library. Working as part of a team you will be helping students with accessing resources, minor IT issues, enrolling at the College, and signposting to other support services at the College. You will have a “can do” attitude and be expected to get involved in a variety of different services to learners.
You will already have experience in a retail, library, or office environment and should have a keen interest in working with people. You should have an eye for detail and great communication and administrative skills.
