Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire

Shift Patterns: Monday Friday, 08:00-16:30 approx (40+ hours)

PAYE Rate: GBP11 p/h

We are looking for an organised and energetic Service/Warranty Administrator required for a high-volume workshop.

As our Service/Warranty Administrator, you will assist the workshop and warranty department to ensure a profitable & efficient site that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

The Role:

• Raise job cards as required and updating jobs on the system in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Review system status reports to ensure no job has missed being completed.
• Update job times for fitters for each job worked on from clock cards.
• Ensure that the parts are available for the job at the correct time
• Keep the flow of cars moving through workshop.
• Ensure parts used are booked out accurately to the job.
• Update internal customers regarding any extra authority required

What kind of person we are looking for?

• Excellent organisational skills
• Previous administration experience advantageous
• Good knowledge of IT Office software
• A keen eye for detail
