Setting Out Engineer

Corrie Recruitment is looking for a Setting Out Engineer on behalf of our client who are a large, established Aberdeen based Civil Engineering contractor.

The successful candidate would be based on one or more sites in the North East of Scotland.

The role would will involve but not be limited to:

• Setting out bulk earthworks, drainage, and roadworks.
• Topographical survey work.
• Production of as-built drawings.
• Assisting with material take-offs.
• Supervising on-site activities.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure accuracy

and compliance with project specifications.

Requirements

• Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in surveying software and Microsoft Office suite.
