Sewing Machine Operator

Full Time and Part Time Available - Permanent Contract

We need your help to make the perfect Car Mats!

Unique Car Mats (UK) Ltd specialise in the manufacturing and tailoring of luxury pile carpet and heavy duty rubber car mats.

Due to continued expansion, we require additional Sewing Machinists to help aid the increased demand. The ideal candidate will have some experience in sewing, and a keen eye for detail. If you believe you may not have the sufficient skills or experience in this field, but you're keen to learn and succeed, full training will be provided.

Main duties will include :

• Working within a factory environment
• Industrial Sewing: stitching fabric & leather edging to carpet and rubber car mats

This position requires the following key skills and abilities :

• Some experience working with Industrial Sewing Machines
• Maintain high quality standards and output, including thorough checking of completed works
• Working in a production line, as part of a team and to deadlines

FULL TRAINING will be given to successful candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From £21,673.00 per year

Experience:

• Machinist: 1 year (preferred)
