MONDAY - THURSDAY: 07.45 - 16:45

FRIDAY: 07:45-12:45

£11.50 - £14.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Sewing Machinist for our Client based in Wigan.

Day to Day Duties

• Reading and interpreting drawings and templates
• Marking, cutting and sewing heavy fabrics
• Operating a Sewing Machine
• Focusing on the Quality Control of finished products
• Carrying out other duties as and when Management requires

Essential Skills

• Recent and relevant sewing machine experience
• Knowledge and experience of working with heavy fabrics
• Ablity to work from simple drawings and templates
• Good eye and attention for detail
• Good at problem solving and identifying faults
• Team player
