Would you like to fulfil a Shared Ownership fee earning role?
I am looking for a candidate who is happy to manage a full Shared Ownership caseload including resale transactions from inception to conclusion, alongside supervising a small team of legal assistants.
Do you have the following skills?
- You will hold experience running Shared Ownership case files.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Confident to build and continue relationships with new and existing clients, developers and referrers.
The opportunity is to be a part of a firm who takes pride in their structured, conveyancing team and are looking for an additional team member.
The role is a full time, permanent position offering a hybrid working model after a 3month probation period, offering a salary bracket of £35,000 to £42,000 for the right candidate.
